Submitting New Studies

Zipline is a document management system, not a completely electronic form that replaces the basic IRB application. All studies in Zipline consist of a series of web-based SmartForms that contain a number of attachments with additional study information. Most of the study information is captured in the uploaded attachments, including the completed HSD application form.

Take the 2 minute Zipline Online Help Library feedback survey to help us improve Zipline support.
