Zipline will be unavailable January 7 – 12 while a major software upgrade is installed. Researchers will not be able to:

  • View, work on, or submit applications
  • Respond to IRB reviews or HSD requests
  • Access and print approved materials (such as stamped consent forms)

If there is a true emergency need for copies of documents, or for a determination, external IRB request, or some other action: Contact hsdinfo@uw.edu.

This emergency capability will be extremely limited for everything except providing documents. It will require a special process outside of Zipline and additional work for everyone involved once the Zipline system is back in operation.


Please note: due to additional questions that have been added to Zipline, you may be required to go back and answer them before submitting a modification to your study.
