SAGE – System to Administer Grants Electronically – is the web-based system used by faculty, administrators and staff to submit funding applications for consideration, route them electronically for approval, request advance budget numbers, and initiate subawards.
FIDS – the Financial Interest Disclosure System is the web-based system used by Investigators for disclosing Significant Financial Interests related to research projects.
AUMS – the Animal Use Medical Screening – is a form used to evaluate potential health risks that may be associated with work activities in the animal care and use environment. It is a component of the UW EH&S Occupational Health Program.
SPÆRC – Sponsored Projects Administration and Electronic Research Compliance – is the web-based system used by the Office of Sponsored Programs to receive funding applications from campus users, process awards, record modifications to existing records and process subawards.
SERA – System for Electronic Research Administration – is the web-based system used by the Grant & Contract Accounting office. It supports receipt of the Advance Budget Request form from campus and electronic account set-up and maintenance for awarded projects.
