MRAM Update: Fringe Benefit Fix Task Completed For 8/1-8/15/2025 Payroll Period
As a follow-up to our recent communications regarding the August 1-15, 2025 fringe benefit posting issue, we are pleased to share that all fixes and reversals are now complete.
Summary of Completed Actions:
- The Workday benefit fix task was run in production, posting the benefits that did not post for the 8/1–8/15/2025 payroll period.
- The manual journals posted in August to accrue these benefits have been reversed.
The net impact of these corrections should be $0 for most grants, though some minor rounding differences may result in small net debit or net credit balances.
The Payroll Office is currently processing Payroll Accounting Adjustments (PAAs) for a small number of employees who were excluded from the automated correction because a PAA for that period had already been started, cancelled, or completed. We expect to finalize these updates by Monday morning, October 20th.
Once this work is complete, access to the Payroll Accounting Adjustment task in Workday is expected to be reinstated on Monday afternoon.
