If GCA returns an ASR or MOD to campus, when campus re-completes it, does it route to OSP again or back to GCA directly?

For both Award Setup Requests (ASRs) and Modification Requests (OSP/GCA and GCA-Only), the request will be routed back to the unit who returned it, bypassing users or units who have previously approved it. In this example, it would route from campus directly to GCA.
