Upcoming SAGE Downtime & Upgrade

The following message was sent to the SAGE & MRAM email lists on Tuesday, June 10.

ORIS is upgrading the SAGE Suite’s infrastructure on the weekend of June 20. There will be extended downtime during the upgrade.

When will SAGE be unavailable?

SAGE Suite will be unavailable from 5 p.m. PT on Friday, June 20, through 8 a.m. PT on Monday, June 23. Please plan ahead for this outage. We will send a reminder email closer to the planned downtime.

What’s changing?

ORIS is moving SAGE from on-premises to cloud-based infrastructure, as well as addressing critical upgrades that will contribute to system stability and maintainability. This move does not change how users interact with SAGE.
