Sorry, we were unable to either create an account for you, or log you in to Zipline. Please contact hsdinfo@uw.edu with the following information and we will get back to you within one business day:

  • Full name
  • UW NetID or sponsored NetID
  • Preferred email address
  • Preferred phone number
  • A description of your UW affiliation (e.g., UW faculty, employee, student, FHCC collaborator, etc. and provide your department if applicable)
  • An explanation of your role in any planned research
