continuing noncompliance

A pattern of repeated noncompliance by the same investigator or the IRB that meets any of the following criteria:

• Suggests the likelihood that noncompliance will continue without intervention;
• Represents a failure to respond to a request to resolve an episode of noncompliance or a pattern of minor noncompliance;
• Increases the potential for serious noncompliance.
