Confidential Information

“Confidential Information” means all information of a confidential and proprietary nature provided by either the UW and/or the sponsor or a another party in connection with the project. It may include, without limitation, technical and business data, intellectual property, research and development strategies, research results, protocols, and investigator brochures.
