RESOLVED: SAGE Performance Issues

UPDATE 8/31/22: The SAGE Suite performance issues have resolved, however, please contact sagehelp@uw.edu if you continue to experience any issues. Thank you for your patience.


The SAGE Suite is currently experiencing intermittent performance issues. While issues seem to be subsiding, we are aware that general slowness and inability to access certain areas of SAGE still persist.

Our SAGE engineers are actively troubleshooting these issues in collaboration with UW-IT, and we will notify you once the issues have resolved.

Please consider planning extra time to complete applications nearing their deadlines and reach out to sagehelp@uw.edu if you experience any blocking issues.
