Issues accessing eRA Commons & NIH ASSIST from UW Network

Some users are having issues accessing eRA Commons and NIH ASSIST from the UW network. UW-IT is aware of the issue.

This appears to be an issue ONLY for accessing while on the UW network (in office or on VPN).

If you have an urgent activity such as preparing a proposal, submitting JIT materials, or working on an RPPR, that requires logging into NIH systems, please try logging into those systems without being on the UW Network.

We will share more information as we learn more.
