Blanket GIM 19 Waiver for proposals with a GIM 19 deadline of 9/15

Proposals with a GIM 19 deadline of September 15th may miss that deadline due to the unexpected SAGE issues as previously reported that was experienced by all SAGE users (including OSP). Because of this, proposals with a GIM 19 deadline of September 15th (today) has been moved to Monday, September 18th.

This notice serves as a GIM 19 deadline waiver for this population of proposals. We ask for patience and to give your proposals an extra review on your end before you mark as “ready to submit”, including that OSP has access to your proposal in any sponsor system involved.

Due to OSP’s short review window for this population of proposals, there is an increased risk of compliance issues with the proposal content/format. Please know this raises the risk of submission issues, and again, it is imperative these are given extra review on your end before routing.
