GIM 19 Waiver, 10/02

Proposals with a GIM 19 deadline of 5 PM today, 10/02 may miss this internal deadline due to unexpected SAGE issues experienced by all SAGE users (including OSP) starting at 4 pm. Because of this, proposals not already IN OSP by the close of business today (5 pm PT) with a GIM 19 deadline of today (10/02) have been moved to tomorrow, Tuesday, October 3rd.

This notice serves as a GIM 19 deadline waiver for this specific population of proposals. We ask for patience and to give your proposals an extra review on your end before you mark as “ready to submit”, including that OSP has access to your proposal in any sponsor system involved.

Due to OSP’s short review window for this population of proposals, there is an increased risk of compliance issues with the proposal content/format. Please know this raises the risk of submission issues, and again, it is imperative these are given extra review on your end before routing.
