ALERT: SAGE Advances & FCOI Training Status Issues

Update 10.21.2021: Issues Resolved

Due to an outage of one of the SAGE data sources, the following SAGE features are currently unavailable:

SAGE Advances

The option to create new and process existing SAGE Advance Budget requests is currently unavailable.

FCOI Training Status on eGC1

The FCOI training status may not refresh on the related eGC1, therefore accurate training status may not appear. We have a workaround in place that allows the Office of Research to manually verify the status of FCOI training.

eGC1 Routing Issue RESOLVED!

The related issue that prevented eGC1s from being routed yesterday afternoon (10/20) has been resolved. If you continue to experience routing issues, please let us know at sagehelp@uw.edu.

We are working quickly to troubleshoot the remaining issues and will let you know as soon as we have more information.
