6th Seattle Symposium in Biostatistics: Precision Health in the Age of Data Science

The 6th Seattle Symposium in Biostatistics will highlight Precision Health in the Age of Data Science, offering four thematic sessions, each with a keynote lecture, a selection of diverse talks, and a discussion panel, as well as optional preparatory short courses. Symposium sessions will address challenges not only in precision medicine but also in the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

This year, the Symposium will be presented in a virtual format to allow broader, more cost-effective access to timely, relevant content. The Symposium will be held online November 21-24 with short courses taught the weekend prior, November 14-15. Early registration rates for individuals and groups are available through October 1.

The Seattle Symposium in Biostatistics is a series of symposia convened every five years by the University of Washington and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. The event brings together preeminent experts and thought leaders in biostatistics, data science, clinical medicine and public health to discuss pressing scientific issues. The Symposium is targeted toward scientists in industry, regulatory agencies, and academic centers.
