Mission

The Global Business Center(GBC) is a national leader in business education that delivers transformative global experiences on campus and beyond, preparing all students to meet and influence the evolving needs of the business world. The GBC delivers on its mission by:

  • Adding to the national understanding of global business issues and improving the application of global business strategies.
  • Addressing national needs by improving students’ global mindset and employability.
  • Supporting the creation of influential scholarship and curriculum on global business issues.

Core Services Offered

  • Support for globally-focused business research and teaching
  • Student services e.g. global business certificates, study abroad, co-curricular global business education programs (case competitions, consulting projects, speakers, mentors)
  • National and regional outreach and continuing education for the business and higher education communities to increase U.S. global competitiveness
