Annual DCM Facility Access Training (Rodent)
Provides knowledge necessary to work within Comparative Medicine rodent housing facilities, including Harborview Research & Training (HR&T), Brotman, SLU 3.1, Roosevelt, CHDD, Guthrie, Foege, ARCF, and the Health Sciences Building 6th Floor, K-wing and T-wing. Facility information, pathogen concerns, requirements, and proper procedures are all covered in this session.
Who is required to take this training?
All personnel working with or caring for rodents in Comparative Medicine facilities.
Summary of the requirement
Individuals working with rodents in a Comparative Medicine facility must complete the Annual DCM Facility Access Training (Rodent) online courses part of the entry requirements.
