European Union (EU) Time Tracking Form
Time tracking requirements in EU awards (direct or flow-through) require additional tracking beyond UW effort reporting.
The European Commission has provided this template to use for meeting their time tracking requirements. Use this template for awards from the EU unless the sponsor has a more specific template referenced in their award terms.
As individuals on the project carry out project work, their productive hours should be tracked and logged in this template.
The standard productive hours/year to use is 1760 hours.
This standard is based on a 40 hour work week, the number of available work weeks in the year, excluding holidays, sick leave, and personal holiday.
