YPRS Tutorial: Using the Request Edit feature to change session details

Once your registration form is submitted, certain information can only be changed by Youth Program Registration System administrators. 

 The following actions may be taken only by admins:

  • Changing dates of your session
  • Changing session locations 
  • Changing session attributes 
  • Changing number of youth participants

To request one of these edits:

Step 1. Log into the YPRS with your UW NetID.

Step 2. Click “Sessions” to view a list of your registered sessions.

Step 3. Navigate to the session you would like to edit.

Step 4. In the right-hand column, click “Request Edit.”

Step 5. In the pop-up window, detail your requested change and click “Submit request.” 

Step 6. An OYPC staff will receive a notification to review your request. Once the edit has been made, you will receive an email confirmation. The edits will also appear in your view of the session in YPRS.
