My work history emphasizes professional education and training, systems-level capacity building and program development and program quality improvement. I received a Master of Social Work degree from UW in 2001.

My experience and interests include working in sexual violence prevention, program evaluation, and community building and outreach. In 2019, I earned my MSW (Administration & Policy Practice) and MPH (Health Services) from the UW. Prior to graduate school, I worked as an academic adviser in the UW Honors Program, and before that, earned my undergraduate degree in Women Studies from UW as well. I’m excited to serve the UW community in this new role!

I am a Seattle University Alumni with a B.B.A. in Business Management and am currently studying to receive my M.A. in Communications at the UW. During my undergraduate years at Seattle U, I was involved with cultural and community-based organizations that have influenced my interests in DE&I, community engagement and outreach, and HR relations. I am excited to grow and assist the team of the Office of the Youth Protection Coordinator and be a part of the UW family!

I am a graduate student who is currently enrolled in the University of Washington’s Master of Social Work program (Administration & Policy Practice). Prior to graduate school, I received my B.S. in Psychology from the University of Washington. I have spent the past few years working with several Seattle area non-profits serving people experiencing homelessness and low-income communities. I am excited for this new role and the opportunity it provides me to learn and serve in a new field!
