The following Ambassadors began participating in DO-IT as Scholars in 1995. They continue to pursue college and career goals and encourage younger DO-IT Scholars and Ambassadors.

Earned a Bachelor's degree. Majored in information technology and minored in scientific and technical communications from the University of Minnesota, Crookston. Pursuing a career in assistive technology and working on an AmeriCorps project.

Had a strong desire to go to college and open his own computer drafting business when he died of complications from pneumonia in 1996.

Earned a Bachelor's degree in social services at Central Washington University and a web design certificate from the Art Institute Online. Works as a state advocate for people with disabilities and is a member of the Washington State Developmental Disability Council, Self Advocates in Leadership, and Sound Transit's Citizen's Accessibility Advisory Committee.
