Open to UW students only.
Whether you’re a newbie looking to get into the game, or just dusting off those clubs for the golf season, this may be just what you’re looking for!
What to Expect
This is a one-time, 2-hour session of 5-10 students per class. The lesson will be geared towards beginners, but the instructor is able to teach up to more advanced levels depending on the skill of the group. The instructor will cover material in a group setting, then students will break up individually to work on their swing. The class is meant as an “intro to the game”, so even students with no golf experience are welcome.
What is Covered
These lessons will be focused on the basics! Grip, alignment, setup, and full swing. The differences between woods, irons, and short game will be discussed. Balls and clubs included.
