Rec Nutrition:

In our Rec Nutrition Program, our resident Registered Dieticians will work one-on-one with you to provide individualized nutrition counseling. Oftentimes, nutrition is the missing element when it comes to becoming a healthier you! At UW Recreation, we strive to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. These sessions with the Registered Dietician will help you foster sustainable and healthy dietary habits.

Meet the team!

Jaclyn is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutritional Sciences from Seattle Pacific University in Seattle, WA and her Masters in Exercise and Nutritional Sciences from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. Throughout her career she has enjoyed utilizing her nutrition knowledge and skills in a variety of areas including university teaching, strength & conditioning coaching, research, and nutrition education for athletes. Her passion is connecting with people through exercise and nutrition to help them lead healthier, more balanced lives. Jaclyn is a sampler of life and loves to dabble in various activities including dancing, snowboarding, bouldering, beach volleyball, playing ukulele, painting, cook and especially eating good food!

Introductory Session $62 Employees / $50 Students

All new clients are required to complete the introductory session. Once you have completed it, you may purchase a package if you choose to do so!

1:1 nutrition sessions are virtual only and open to members and non-members!
