Students with disabilities bring unique perspectives to engineering research centers (ERCs). By making an ERC welcoming and accessible, more students with disabilities will be able to bring their knowledge and experiences to the engineering field. Below are examples of students who have not only succeeded, but thrived at an ERC, as well as their own perspectives on accommodations and disability-related issues within the classrooms and labs.
