Council Chair Janet Primomo Professor Primomo joined the University of Washington in 1992 as one of three founding members of the UW Tacoma Nursing Faculty. She is the Graduate Faculty Coordinator for the UWT Master of Nursing Program. Dr. Primomo's scholarly work focuses on community and public health, environmental health, and chronic illness. She received UWT's Distinguished Teaching Award in 1997.
