DAWG PACK

DAWG PACK

One Lead, plus 2-3 PAs, will all “draft” an equal number of officials, and then will be responsible for them throughout the quarter. We will have three teams total: purple, gray and gold crews. Points will be awarded based on most shift pick-ups, team building activities, being named official of the week, and completing self-evaluations. Points will be subtracted for no-shows and extreme late arrivals (as usual, family and medical emergencies are always excused). Whichever crew with the most points at the end of the quarter gets a prize.

POINTS SYSTEM

Positives:

  • +5 points for completing self-eval
  • +10 points for picking up a shift
  • +20 points for winning Official of the Week

Negatives:

  • -5 points per late arrival with no communication (under 15 minutes)
  • -10 points per extreme late arrivial with no communication (15 minutes or more)
  • -20 points per no-show

Situations that involve any sort of incident or altercation that might potentially lead to a write-up will be kept out of the points system, as disciplinary measures of that magnitude is dealt with in-house with Katie and the Leads.
