Youth programs will be assigned to cohorts which will proceed as a group through the phases of the YPAI. All youth programs from a unit (i.e., school, college, or office) is assigned to the same cohort given that some programs within the same unit have shared procedures, manuals, etc. that may be leveraged as a group. Each cohort is composed of youth programs from several units.
Specific Task Deadlines
Each program is assigned a specific deadline by which they must complete YPAI tasks for the current phase. YPAI task deadlines coincide with quarters throughout the YPAI year, e.g., December 31, March 31, June 30, and September 30. To see your specific program deadline, log into the Youth Program Registration System. Your current YPAI phase and program deadline will be accessible in your home screen dashboard.
