Meet the Therapists
Brian has been practicing massage since 2019. He believes that deep-tissue should not hurt in a bad way. That said, he’s not merely spreading lotion superficially the whole time either! Brian aims for a satisfying medium, where he meaningfully engages with deep enough pressure and specificity for your areas of concern. His massages feel like he’s slowly rolling out and stretching restricted tissues, and gradually dissolving tender points with thoughtful pressure, all while informed by his latest understanding of science and research in massage therapy, and the personal expertise you bring regarding your situation.
Brian can help you with pre-workout massages and post-workout recovery, as well as massage for support in sleeping well, mental health, and stress. He also specializes in treating neck and back conditions that result from chronic sitting, studying, or computer work.
In his free time, he likes to nerd out over philosophy and psychology with his friends and having lots of fun singing karaoke badly with them!! He also loves dancing West Coast Swing, reggaeton, and Latin hustle!
Denise has lived in Seattle for decades and received her massage training and license here. She has been an athlete all her life and has worked through various injuries; thus, she understands dealing with the stress they can create! She enjoys helping people move towards better health, movement, and quality of life. As a child, Denise was taught to be a no-pain-no-gain kind of athlete; but is not a no-pain-no-gain kind of massage therapist! She’ll work with you for a personalized session, using typical Swedish and other specialty techniques to help you find relaxation and relief. Fun fact: Denise speaks some Spanish and has lived in multiple Spanish-speaking countries!
