UWEM Presents at UW Resilience Summit

UWEM was one of of the Plenary Speakers at the UW Resilience Summit on May  19, 2015 at the newly-opened Intellectual House.  The focus of this summit was to introduce students and researchers on the increased focus of resilience as it relates to disasters and crisis management.  Speakers provided real-world examples of how effective public and private organizations who utilize resilience concepts in their strategic and operational planning can “bounce-back” to full capacity and serve their customers and the public.
