All-campus/mass email request form

Messages sent to all UW faculty and/or staff and/or students on the Seattle campus must be approved by the Assistant Vice President for Communications or their designee. This review ensures that mass emails are properly coordinated and provides an opportunity to discuss the goals for your message in case there are other ways of communicating that would be more effective.

You can submit your request using this form. Please note that a request to send a mass message must be authorized by a Vice President, Dean or higher before submitting to University Marketing & Communications for approval.

If your message is approved, UMAC’s Digital Engagement team will work with you to build out the message and schedule it to be sent to the audience you have indicated. You can expect to receive a reply regarding your request within 3 business days.
