I go on quite a few campus photo walks. I have been for years. I look for interesting light and different angles – anything to show a new perspective or slice of life. But even with a campus as large and beautiful as ours, after so many photo walks sometimes it starts to feel like the same-old sites.
I’ve been visiting this bench outside the Physics building since forever and I just noticed the wood-inlaid text.
It felt like being let in on a secret. Secret good advice. It was nice.
And I learned that if you keep looking, you might be pleasantly surprised with what you find.
