Convio – Email and Registration Tool
Convio email marketing software enables you to deliver large volumes of email efficiently with sophisticated subscriber management, customizable templates and useful performance data. You can use it to send out your own email invitations and track RSVPs. For more information, see here.
UW Advancement Training and Support (ATS) supports all Convio users. Contact them to set up Convio training at firstname.lastname@example.org or (206) 221-3947. You can also contact Elise Perachio, E-Communications Marketing Manager, 206.616.8923 for help using Convio as a registration system.
After completing Convio training, provide a list of your desired email subscribers by filling out the Convio List Loading form. You must give three days’ notice for your request.
RegOnline / ActiveNetwork
University Conference Management uses RegOnline. There is a fee per registrant, and if you don’t have your own Merchant Account, there is a fee for the event (an additional 4.95% per registration). Contact Jan Kvamme in Conference Management if you’re interested in learning more. She says, “We like the functionality and reports – many of our complicated conferences have multiple fees, agenda options and social events and we could never go back to a system without the features we have come to rely on. We like the web interface and the fact that our revenue and registration reports are updated in real time!”

Creative Communications and Event Registration
Creative Communications can design and send email invitations and manage RSVP information (for free events). Packages start at $500 per event. Units can provide their own artwork/template if desired or use their basic event template.
