About these tools

The UW Marketing Department has created a wide range of tools to help communications and marketing professionals across campus do their jobs. We welcome your feedback and invite you to check back often for new tools built for special events, campaigns, promotions, etc.

Here is a quick rundown of tools that are currently available:

Advertising

Generic planned giving ads (for both print and online) that you can use as is or customize.

E-Communications

Templates for do-it-yourself e-mail signatures and e-stationery, as well as e-mail best practices and instructions for an e-newsletter signup widget you can post on your Web pages.

Events

Instructions for inviting and accommodating the president and a checkout tool for banners and displays.

Logos and color palettes

In addition to the actual color palettes, find a link to the University Logo Art Pack and Department Logo Ordering System.

Photo databases and photo release forms.
