Newton - "Ask a Scientist"


DESCRIPTION

Newton BBS is set up and run by Argonne National Laboratory's (ANL) Division of Educational Programs. Its purpose is to facilitate the exchange of information and to promote networking for teachers and students. The Newton BBS features an "Ask a Scientist" program where questions are answered by experts; a chat function where you can talk to others in real time; and a file transfer section where information can be up- or downloaded.

PROCEDURES

  1. Use your WWW browser to access the site whose URL is:
    http://www.newton.dep.anl.gov/archive.htm
  2. Explore the site. Use the bookmark capabilities of your browser to save the site location for future use.
  3. Use the exit command to quit your WWW browser.
