4000 Years of Women in Science


DESCRIPTION

The 4000 years of Women in Science site features a list of over 125 women from our scientific and technical past. The 4000 Years of Women in Science Web site features biographies of each of the women arranged alphabetically, time-ordered, or by field of study. Try the interactive quiz on the History of Women in Science. The 4000 Years of Women in Science site is updated often and looking for more names and information to add to the list. If you know of someone you would like added, send them an email.

PROCEDURE

  1. Use your WWW browser to access the site whose URL is:
    http://www.astr.ua.edu/4000WS/
  2. Explore the site. Use the bookmark capabilities of your browser to save the site location for future use.
  3. Use the exit command to quit your WWW browser.
