Faculty Senate
The elected faculty council of each school, college, or campus conducts their senate elections once every two years in winter or spring quarter. Complete procedures for nomination and election of senators is in Section 22-47 of the Faculty Code.

Senate Executive Committee
The Senate Executive Committee elections are conducted at the end of spring quarter after the completion of the regular senate elections. Complete procedures for the election of the Senate Executive Committee is in Section 22-63 of the Faculty Code.
Faculty and deputy legislative representative
At the first meeting of spring quarter the Senate Executive Committee submits to the Faculty Senate for vote nominees for the position of faculty legislative representative and if appropriate deputy faculty legislative representative.
