DO-IT home page reorganized

DO-IT has recently reorganized the structure of its home page. This was done in an attempt to make the page more intuitive and easier to navigate. Additionally, we've made several modifications to the directories in order to facilitate the addition of new material.

As a consequence, many bookmark files may now point to the wrong location, please consult the list of moved files to find the new location.
