CIRCLE Undergrad Day

Monday, Sep. 22, 2025

9:30 a.m.7:30 p.m.

Alder Hall Auditorium (am); Savery Hall 260 (pm)

New international undergraduate students are invited to join CIRCLE for a dynamic day of connection, learning, and exploration as you begin your journey at the University of Washington.

We’ll start the morning at the Alder Auditorium with a warm welcome and an introduction to CIRCLE’s programs and services, followed by informative sessions led by campus experts: immigration essentials with International Student Services, health and wellness guidance with the Husky Health Center, and safety resources from Safecampus.

In the afternoon, you’ll team up with fellow students for a city-wide scavenger hunt, discovering some of Seattle’s best spots along the way. Afterwards, we’ll gather at the Savery Hall 260 for an interactive student panel, where current international students will share their experiences, tips, and advice for a successful first quarter.

The day wraps up with a pizza party — a relaxed and friendly chance to meet new friends, connect with peers, and start building your UW community.
