GEAR UP coordinators work specifically with your school to provide answers to your questions and support as you navigate high school and the transition to college.

If you are a GEAR UP student or family, you can count on us to:

Support you in challenging classes
Provide tutoring and afterschool programs
Help you understand the cost of college and how to pay for college with financial aid, scholarships, grants, work study and more.
Invite you to participate in college visits, career trips, internships, summer camps, and more to help you learn how to prepare for and access college and experience careers as a scientist, a doctor, or an engineer
Assist students with their college applications, searching for scholarships, and completing their financial aid applications
Partner with families to help you understand how to support your college dreams
