Goals
- Implement new blanket medical coverage for all UW official travelers abroad.
- Expand outreach to increase and improve knowledge of policies & processes around international travel at UW.
- Increase knowledge of the support that is available from UW Global Travel Health and Safety.
Actions
- Conduct targeted and general outreach about the new blanket medical coverage.
- Identify key on-campus stakeholders with a high global travel volume.
- Update information available on the UW Global Travel Health and Safety website.
- Clarify requirements for registering students for FRILA (Fieldwork, Research and Independent Learning Abroad) with key campus partners.
