Privacy of your education records
Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), student education records are protected from release to a third party (including parents) without the written consent of students.
Equal access and opportunity for students with disabilities to learn, participate in, and benefit from the UW community.
If students are accused of violating the Student Conduct Code, they are entitled to due process rights, including a hearing, representation, the right to provide evidence, and an opportunity to appeal.
