Information for Applicants - Undergraduate Research Conference Travel Award

Application

Applications are taken on a continuing basis and must be submitted at least three weeks prior to departure date.

Regarding funding in advance versus reimbursement of expenses, please note:

• If you are more than six weeks from your departure date, your award (if approved) will allow for partial funding in advance for relevant expenses.
• Whereas, if you are less than six weeks from your departure date, your award (if approved) will more than likely be in the form of a reimbursement for relevant expenses.
