Reference: Custom Transcript Inquiry Codes

In the selection formats shown below, the abbreviations m, n, etc. are for numbers, and X, Y, etc. are for letters or numbers. See page 52 for a detailed explanation of how to use this screen.

Spaces are not needed within the selection format after commas, periods, equal signs, greater-than signs, or less-than signs. Any extra spaces in these areas are ignored. Spaces are required, however, when they are part of a department name, for example "C LIT" or "E E". To request two or more selections simultaneously, separate the commands with a period (.). For example, to ask for all of the English courses taken S/NS, you would enter:

DPT=ENGL. GRS=S/NS.

Only UW courses meeting the specified criteria will be displayed; no transfer courses appear.

To access a student's transcript: across the bottom of the SRF 301 screen,
after "SELECTION:" type the custom selection code in the format shown below,
after "STUDENT:" type the student number,
after "ACCESS KEY:" type the student's PAC number, adding leading zeroes to make a 6-digit number, if student is majoring in another department,
after "ACTION:" type "4" for a query.
