A graduate of University of Washington (BA in English, 1995) and recent Seattle resident, Naca finished her PhD in English from the University of Nebraska in May. Her poems have appeared recently in HARPUR PALATE, CRAB ORCHARD REVIEW, and INDIANA REVIEW, and are forthcoming in PRAIRIE SCHOONER and RIO GRANDE REVIEW.
Naca also earned her MA in English Linguistics from University of Cincinnati (2000) and MFA in Poetry from the University of Pittsburgh (2003). She will teach poetry at Macalester College in Minneapolis, MN, in the fall.
