Post-Arrival Resource Fair

CIRCLE hosts the Post-Arrival Resource Fair—a one-stop shop designed to support new international students as they settle into life in the U.S.. In collaboration with campus partners, the fair offers opportunities to set up bank accounts and cell phone plans, receive required vaccines, and ask questions about Immigration check-in, housing, career & internship, study abroad, dentistry, health care, health insurance, and much more! Don’t miss out the chance to snap a photo with our special guest — UW’s beloved mascot, Dubs! 🐾

No registration is required to attend the fair.

If you plan to receive vaccinations on site, you’ll need to book an appointment in advance:

• September 24, 2026, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., provided by Safeway at CIRCLE Post-Arrival Resource Fair at the HUB. Read the Sign-up Instructions for Safeway Vaccine Clinics and make an appointment.
