We wanted to give you a quick update that the Financial Aid Office has adjusted our in-person advising hours, effective today.
Our new in-person advising hours will be:
11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Why the change?
Our team is currently focused on finalizing and revising financial aid offers for Summer quarter to ensure all students receive accurate and up-to-date information as quickly as possible. This dedicated time allows us to manage a high volume of updates more efficiently.
In addition, we are preparing for new federal requirements under the One Big Beautiful Act, which take effect on July 1, 2026. Many of these changes require manual review and intervention by our team, further increasing the workload as we work to ensure everything is processed correctly for students.
We understand how important in-person advising is, and we truly appreciate your patience as we prioritize getting your financial aid ready.
Our phone and email hours remain unchanged; however, we are currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries, and response times may be slower than usual. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
