Our team is working hard to review documents received and respond to email messages in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we are experiencing longer review and response times than normal. We hope the timelines below are useful in your planning. Your financial aid status and document status information can also be checked using your MyUW.

Information as of 3/5/2021 for the Seattle Campus only*:

Review of Received Documents** Currently reviewing documents for the 2020-21 aid year received through February 28.

Currently reviewing documents for the 2021-22 aid year received through February 21.

2020-21 documents: Please allow 5-7 business days for review.

 

2021-22 documents: Please allow 3-4 weeks for review.

Response to Email Currently responding to emails received through March 4. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
Emergency Aid Requests Currently reviewing requests received through February 26. The Emergency Aid request form is currently not available from March 1st through March 7th.

We anticipate being able to accept requests beginning March 8th and continuing through the remainder of the Winter quarter (March 19th).
