Parent Loans
If you have been awarded a Parent Loan (PLUS), you will be sent an
application document for your parent to complete and return to
Student Fiscal
Services.
The parent borrower must also have a valid
Master Promissory Note
(MPN) on file and an approved credit
check. For more details, see the
PLUS FAQ page.
Summer Quarter Tuition
Summer Quarter tuition is due July 11th. Payment must be received by
Student Fiscal Services by the deadline to avoid late charges. For
your current balance, check your tuition statement on MyUW. For more
information about payment options, see 'Paying
Your Tuition and Related Fees'.
Tuition Forfeiture Fees
If you plan to make changes to your academic schedule, be aware of
potential changes to your tuition bill. Credits dropped after the 7th
calendar day of the quarter may incur a tuition
forfeiture fee. If possible, make your changes before the deadline to
avoid extra charges.
Attention Short-term Loan Bowers
If you have taken out a
short-term loan in Spring Quarter (or earlier),
please be aware that it will NOT be repaid automatically with financial aid
from next year. Please monitor your account balance carefully on your
tuition statement in MyUW and make plans to repay your loan by its due
date. For more information, contact
Student Fiscal Services.
