HUSKY PAWKET GUIDE

FROM THE DESK OF DR. DENZIL SUITE
UW DIVISION OF STUDENT LIFE

Hello Huskies,

Finals week is almost here! As you finish your classes, complete final projects and prep for exams, be sure to set yourself up for success by getting plenty of rest, staying hydrated, taking care of your mental health, getting some exercise (outside if you can) and adding some breaks to your study schedule.

Best of luck on your finals, and have a wonderful spring break! We’ll see you in a few weeks.

Sincerely,

Denzil

Join March Wellness

Join LiveWell for March Wellness, a tournament-style bracket highlighting the eight dimensions of well-being: physical, environmental, developmental, financial, social, spiritual, occupational and emotional.

You can participate by voting and sharing your favorite wellness practices on LiveWell’s Instagram, @uwlivewell! The bracket is a fun way to compare activities, but the real “win” is recognizing that every dimension is equally important and deeply interconnected. Give LiveWell a follow, vote for your favorite and celebrate all the different ways we practice well-being!
