HUSKY PAWKET GUIDE
FROM THE DESK OF DR. DENZIL SUITE
UW DIVISION OF STUDENT LIFE
Hello Huskies,
You know UW Libraries are full of great spots to study (Suzzallo Reading Room, anyone?) — but did you know that they also have events, learning workshops and 24/7 support via chat?
From the Odegaard’s board game collection and wellness room to recording rooms, book clubs, contests and awards, there’s always a ton going on at UW’s libraries. Next time you’re at the library to study, I encourage you to check out what else is available — you might be surprised at what you find!
Sincerely,
Denzil

Health and Well-Being
Help prevent hazing on campus
Did you know:
- Hazing can happen in any athletic team, student org, or living group
- Hazing is about the power of inclusion, not exclusion
- Hazing covers a wide spectrum of things, from sleep deprivation to forced consumption
- Hazing is against state and federal law and violates the UW Student Conduct Code
Most importantly: The UW has a strong hazing prevention program, and you can report hazing anonymously by texting 206-203-3435 (funded by the Student Technology Fee). Help keep our campus community safe and inclusive — report hazing incidents you witness or experience.
